Most recently, Mr. Andam served as CTO of HealthRight Inc, a web based personal health record service provider. Mr. Andam led the development of Healthright's PHR system, a web based 3-D self analysis tool for personal health management and consumer practitioner interactive journal. Before joining HealthRight, Mr. Andam founded and served as CEO of WorldVuer Inc, a visual communication applications development company that created the VUEWare Suite, a precursor to the core applications under development by WorldVuer. Prior to founding WorldVuer, Mr. Andam established himself among the elite in the development of scalable distributed applications and systems development by leading large scale, complex development projects for leading IT shops including Microsoft, Virgin Mobile, NTT DoCoMo, ALLTel Ghana LTD, Telus Inc, CelluVision Inc, GMate Inc, Squanet International Inc, SK Telecom, Satellite Connections LTD, LenderLab Inc, Morinda Inc, and Voyager Entertainment.

Vickie founded TON because she felt personally and professionally motivated to help people gain more control in their lives. The Organizing Network was created from Hansen's own life experiences, which compelled her to organize all aspects of her life including the family, finances, home, self, and workplace. From these experiences Vickie established the 5 Core Life Zones™ designed to help individuals understand how to organize their lives.

Vickie is a Professional Organizer and member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), Professional Organizers in Canada (POC), a member of the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD), and past President of Utah Professional Organizers (UTPO). With 21 years of business and residential organizing experience, Hansen's expertise and dynamic personality have made her a powerful entrepreneur and in demand motivational speaker whose focus is the empowerment of women from all walks of life. Keith Hegerhorst
President - Engineerterminal Division

Mr. Keith Hegerhorst is an professional electrical engineer and founder of Hegerhorst Power Engineering, a Utah based engineering firm behind the mega-successful projects Atlantis Resort and Jurassic Park in Orlando Florida. Mr. Hegerhorst has spearheaded major projects around the world including the following:

From Apr. 1987 to May 1988, Mr. Hegerhorst worked for Forsgren - Perkins Engineering Salt Lake City, Utah where he was responsible for electrical engineering and construction management for various projects including a 17 MW duel fuel generating station for Lehi Cogeneration Facility that included three diesel/natural gas generators, switchgear, substation, plant electrical complete with instrumentation and control system. He was also responsible for the deployment of a 500 kW hydroelectric generator facility for Springville City in Utah, which involved the complete electrical design, for controls and power distribution system. The site for deploying the project included SCADA control, hydro generation and pump back storage systems. Keith also orchestrated the deployment of a 111 kW hydroelectric generator facility for Springville City which involved a complete electrical design for controls and power distribution, and a generation system that was remotely controlled and monitored by a SCADA system located 10 miles away. Another project of interest that Keith undertook was the deployment of a 5.3 MW diesel/natural gas generator facility for Payson City which involved electrical design for a new generation facility including switchgear, generator control and SCADA monitoring.

Before founding his own engineering firm, Mr. Hegerhorst worked between Jan. 1985 to April 1987 for Tasco Engineering, Inc Orem, Utah and was responsible for electrical design and construction management of several projects including a 14 MW diesel generation facility, a 14 MW diesel/natural gas generator facility, a SCADA control system, a 2.5 MW geothermal generating facility, a 9.7 MGD water treatment facility, and a commercial building electrical design.

Other career highlights include working in 1984 for General Dynamics, Convair Division in San Diego, California as Senior Electrical engineer developing missile control systems. Keith before joining General Dynamics worked in 1983 at EG&G Services, Inc in Idaho Falls, Idaho and was assigned to Martin Marietta, Denver, Colorado, working on a Peacekeeper deployment design team, responsible for power systems studies on mobile transporter/emplacer. His tasks involved defining anticipated system maximum loads, sizing hydraulic, environmental and control requirements.Projects included the 1982 preparation and design installation drawings for payload cabling at the Vandenberg AFB Payload Preparation Room Building.The project involved three test cells and several patching panels for cable interconnection to the launch center and other buildings. In 1981 Mr. Hegerhorst was assigned the responsibility of performing engineering audits of proposed changes to nuclear generating plants control systems elementary diagrams and all supporting documentation to verify completeness and conformance to requirements. He also was assigned the responsibility to perform design changes to nuclear control systems and prepared detailed field instructions to implement design changes in 1980. Tasks varied from simple changes to complex system modifications. Other accomplishments include the 1979 assignement that he undertook for preparing the design installation drawing packages for field personnel to install and/or modify power distribution systems, motor control centers, protective relaying and electric heating. Mr. Hegerhorst graduated from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah in 1970 with a B.S. Electrical Engineering, and from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah 1976 with a Masters of Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Emphasis in Power Systems) Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah 1975 - 1976.

Scott McKay
President - Ivuer Wellness Division

With a career that spans nearly 25 years in the Wellness Industry as a nationally ranked competitive bodybuilder, Co-Founder of both the Premier Private Fitness Company in Los Angeles and the Rapid Rehab Physical Therapy and Elite Fitness chain in Las Vegas where he served as President and Operations Manager, Mr. McKay switched gears in recent years and transitioned into the online business world by assembling an investment group to found Longevity Dynamix, Inc., a wellness-based internet marketing company. Combining his 20 years experience in the Network Marketing Industry and his recent acceptance of the CEO position of AFSS, Inc., Scott became the perfect fit to head up WorldVuer’s Network Marketing/Direct Sales Industry Division. With his Behavioral Science background and certifications in leadership training and development in the fast growing Network Marketing Industry, Scott views the WorldVuer technology platform as the missing link in the 21st Century distribution protocol of choice, Network Marketing, for rapid market penetration for any company’s product line.

Over a 17 year period Mr. McKay served in leadership roles as manager and consultant to candidates in statewide and national political races. His experience in politics has shaped his perspective on the necessity of empowering both the business community and its workers with technologies that can improve and expand their reach, both personally and professionally. In his words, “WorldVuer is a motherload technology idea whose time has come”.

Having won the McCallister Academic Scholarship in 1982 Mr. McKay attended the Pennsylvania State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Health and Wellness while pursuing a minor in Business Administration. He has been actively involved in the Big Brother/Big Sister Program.

Michael Sutton
President - Restaurants & Leisure

Mr. Michael Sutton is President of WorldVuer's Restaurants and Leisure division which is under the brand Dinerdress. Mr. Sutton was born and raised in Los Angeles, where he still resides. After graduating from Cal State University at Northridge with a BA in film production and an emphasis on directing, Michael quickly transitioned to working in front of the camera and began his acting career. He was cast as Stone Cates in ABC Daytime's "General Hospital," for which his work was awarded an Emmy Nomination in the best supporting actor category. Simultaneously, Michael started a second career following in the footsteps of his father, a legendary publicist of the highly successful Freeman & Sutton Public Relations Firm (Martin Lawrence, Burt Reynolds, Christopher Walken, Elijah Wood, Patty Duke, Miramax, Oprah Winfrey, and the American Film Institute).

Michael's promotional skills became sought after by restaurants, bars, lounges, and night clubs that were looking to maximize their public image. Michael brought both a lucrative financial revenue stream and a multitude of press and notoriety to these establishments His promotional efforts, "brandSUTTON," now the name of his PR / Marketing company, excelled largely through the celebrity-based contacts that he had made as an actor in the Entertainment Industry, which he then combined with the large group of friends that grew up with him in Beverly Hills, to create a networking electronic database of over 10,000 taste-makers that rely on Michael on a weekly basis to tell them what's hot around town. Over the course of the last ten years, Michael has found success in both his entertainment and nightlife endeavors. He has starred in over ten films, has been credited as an Executive Producer alongside legendary Quincy Jones on the documentary "The Freshest Kids," and successfully promoted establishments such as: Bar One, The Beverly Club, On the Rox, Guy's Bar, Mamagaya, Garden of Eden, Billboard Live (now Key Club), Pop at Playroom (now A.D.), Chi & The Roof at the Hyatt Hotel, and The Hollywood Canteen (which he owned). Michael is the owner of "The Lodge Steakhouse," of Beverly Hills on La Cienega's famous restaurant row, as well as a Southern Style dining concept called "Memphis," in Hollywood. Michael is a Co-Founding Partner and the President of Marketing of a private membership community called "Xenii," that operates somewhat like a high-end mobile country club for an elite group of celebrities, high net worth individuals, and party-goers. Michael Sutton knows his audience and that quality is what he brings to WorldVuer. After more than a decade of successful forays into clubs, parties and restaurants around Los Angeles (including well-known spots the Lodge, Goa and Charcoal), the former soap opera star has his finger squarely on the pulse of the worlds night-life A-list. "Make sure you refer to it as a bar-lounge," Sutton insists about Guys & Dolls, his return to the bar scene after a series of food-based ventures, including his Southern-styled Hollywood restaurant Memphis. Steve Pecevich
EVP, Business Operations

Stephen Pecevich brings nearly twenty years of Venture Capital and Wall Street experience to his role leading our financing strategy, business alliances and business scaling efforts.

For the past decade, Mr. Pecevich has been CEO of Chathams Rowe Venture Partners, a venture capital investment advisory firm focused on identifying and driving investment to early-stage, high potential technology companies. Prior to that, he served in a similar capacity for Merchants Row Partners, a venture capital consulting firm focusing for the most part on the then rapidly emerging environmental industry. His experience also includes early career success with the prestigious firms Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc.

Mr. Pecevich holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis on Management from the College of the Holy Cross.

David Reeve
Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Legal Counsel

David Reeve is the head of the WorldVuer legal team. Mr. Reeve brings over 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney and business executive to WorldVuer.

He received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Utah State University in 1977, and a Juris Doctorate infrom Brigham Young University in 1980. He was admitted to the Utah Bar Association in 1980 and continues as a current practicing member of such. Mr. Reeve is a past president of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association and has had experience in many of the law and business settings. Mr. Reeve took responsibility in the inception of the WorldVuer company for drafting and implementing many of the initial documents and procedures that put the company on it's path for organization and success as a Corporation.
